At this time points do not expire. You can always see your current points total on your LoyalTEA account page.

Now, you'll be able to see the rewards that are available to you based on your current points balance.

Browse through the list of rewards available and choose the reward you would like to redeem.

Your VIP status is determined by the amount spent lifetime.

No, there is no expiry on rewards once they are redeemed.

If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
