We make everything by hand, so wholesale orders take about 2 weeks. Pre-orders have a set ship date, which is an estimate and can shift. If it does, we'll tell you.

Our tea is brewed strong and concentrated, the way you'd brew coffee, for a bold cup with real presence.

• High: similar to coffee -  Manhattan Black  Black Tea and Charles Grey Earl Grey Tea 
• Moderate: Green Gold Green tea.
• Caffeine-free: Cape Town Rooibos Tea

• Cafe: stir into tea or coffee, or whip up a cold foam.
• Craft Beverage: add to lemonade or boost a soda. 
• Bellini & Mimosa: drop into sparkling wine or sparkling water.
• Artisanal Wine: make sangria or mulled wine.
• Cocktail: add to the spirit specified.

No. They're alcohol-free, which means they work just as well in mocktails and sparkling water.

All cubes are gluten-free, dairy-free, alcohol-free and kosher. The Cafe line is also halal.

One. If your order doesn't reach you in time for an event or sale period, you can return it. It's an exception, so tell us early and we'll sort it out together.

Contact us to start a request. Not all orders are eligible for a refund.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Missing and damaged items can be replaced instead if you'd rather keep your shelves full.

If you want to change your order, please send us an email. We will see what is still possible.

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email and we will contact the shipping company.
