How do I join the loyalty program?
Apply for a wholesale account at " wholesale.teaspressa.com/pages/apply-teaspressa-wholesale " Approved partners automatically earn 50 points. There's no fee to join and no minimum to stay active.
How can I earn points?
Earn one point for every dollar spent on wholesale orders - that's 5% back. Premium partners earn 1.25x and Elite Partners earn 1.5x. Bonus points are available for completing your wholesale profile.
How do I redeem my points?
Start by logging into your wholesale account.
Visit your loyalty dashboard and find "Ways to Earn" Every 20 points equals one dollar in redemption value.
Where can I see my points balance?
Sign into your wholesale account and open the LOYALTEA dashboard from the navigation bar. Your current balance, tier status and progress toward the next tier are visible there.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire 14 months after they are earned.
Do my rewards expire?
Once redeemed, shipping credits and order credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Demo packages and product redemptions do not expire.
I forgot to use my points at checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately we are unable to apply points retroactively to a placed order, but your balance is preserved and ready to use on your next order.
Can I earn points if I placed an order on Faire or Airgoods?
No, points are only earned through wholesale.teaspressa.com. Orders placed through Faire or other marketplaces do not earn points or contribute to tier qualification.
