Retailer Agreement

The retailer (Retailer) that is a party to this agreement wishes to buy Products from TEASPRESSA. This agreement defines the sales relationship between TEASPRESSA and Retailer.

1. All Products purchased by Retailer from TEASPRESSA will only be sold in retail stores, outlets, and websites owned or controlled by Retailer and approved by TEASPRESSA to consumers for their own personal use.
